High School Spring 15's Rugby
Our club does play under the Noblesville Miller banner, but we still hold our club affiliation. The school provides a field, maintenance, and indoor practice scheduling for free, but we are not a school sponsored sport. The club is run by a parent board and is governed by Rugby Indiana and USA Rugby. Since we are not a school sponsored sport, we have athletes participate from different schools in Hamilton County that do not have a rugby program.
Since we are a club, in which dues are paid, there are no tryouts and no cuts. Most of our athletes never played rugby before until their first practice.
Ages
Grades 9-12. You must be an active high school student
When
Pre-season practice starts early January 2026 and runs thru Memorial Day (Championship Game)
Where
We play on Noblesville Rugby Pitch "Fishbowl" located just south of the high school and across the street from the softball field
Practices
Days and times will be decided by the head coach of the team. Typically 2-3 times a week for 90mins to 2 hours.
Games
Games are typically played on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. They last about 80 minutes. We then have a social after the game with the other team for about an hour after the game. Between Warm up, game and social, expect to be at the field a little over 3 hours per game.
Equipment Needed
All you need is soccer cleats and a mouthguard. Jersey and shorts will be provided.
