As a youth athlete, I was always active and grew up around “garage gyms” filled with hard-working guys who knew how to get after it! Having worked out all my life, I started CrossFit in 2008 while working for the Lee County Sheriff’s Department in Ft Myers, Florida. Shortly after relocating my family back to Indiana in 2009, I attended the CrossFit Level 1 and began coaching fellow Police and Correction Officers. After 15 years, I transitioned out of Law Enforcement and into the corporate world but the passion and fire for seeing others reach their fitness goals continued to burn, especially with Public Safety Personnel and Youth Athletes. I have had the honor and privilege of working with athletes from the age of 7 up to High School, SWAT Officers, Fire Personnel, etc. and implementing a comprehensive approach of training that sets my clients up for success!
